What every price includes
Whatever the service, the same things are part of it. Every delivered frame is edited by hand rather than run through a bulk preset, so colour, contrast and any distractions are dealt with individually. The finished set arrives in a private online gallery within 3–5 days, at full resolution and in sizes ready for both print and social, downloadable on any device.
Booking works in two steps. The form creates a request, and you immediately get a private tracking link you can check at any time. Once the date is accepted you get a second email with the confirmed time and a secure payment link. Cancellations and reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead are refunded — the full terms are in the booking and privacy policies.
Pricing questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only additions to the prices below are the ones listed here: a £35 travel fee for locations more than an hour from East London, an optional second shooter at £60 per hour, and optional prints or albums after delivery. Anything outside the standard service area is agreed before the booking is confirmed.
Do I pay a deposit?
Submitting the booking form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. Once the date is accepted you receive a secure payment link; a standard car photoshoot normally takes a £20 deposit, and other services show their own deposit on the private booking page.
How do I pay?
Through a secure hosted Square checkout, from the link in your acceptance email. Card details should never be sent by email, text message or the booking form.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Cancellation or rescheduling requests received at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment are refunded. Requests inside 48 hours may make the deposit non-refundable, because the reserved time is difficult to rebook at short notice.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. Larger meets, multi-car shoots, longer events and ongoing project work are all quoted individually — send the details through the booking form and a price comes back before anything is confirmed.
Is VAT included?
All prices shown are the amount you pay. Nothing is added at checkout beyond any travel fee or add-on you have already agreed.
When do I get my photos?
3–5 days as standard for every service, delivered as a private online gallery of hand-edited full-resolution images that you can download on any device.
