These terms explain approval, deposits, changes, weather, image delivery, and how booking details are used.
Booking approval
Submitting the website form creates a booking request, not an immediately confirmed appointment. Rayhaans Photography reviews the requested date and sends an acceptance, decline, or alternative date. A booking is confirmed only after it is accepted.
Prices and deposits
A standard car photoshoot is £60 and normally requires a £20 deposit after the booking is accepted. Other services may have a different price or deposit, which is shown on the private booking page. Payments use a secure hosted Square checkout; customers should never send card details by email, text, or the booking form.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Customers receive a deposit refund when a cancellation or rescheduling request is received at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may make the deposit non-refundable because the reserved time may be difficult to rebook. Any exception is confirmed directly by Rayhaans Photography.
Weather and safety
Outdoor work may need to move if weather, access, or safety conditions would affect the session. When Rayhaans Photography needs to change the appointment, a suitable alternative date is offered and the deposit remains transferable or refundable.
Lateness, locations, and travel
Please arrive on time and provide accurate location details. Late arrival may reduce shooting time when another commitment follows. Any travel charge outside the normal service area is agreed before the appointment is confirmed.
Editing and delivery
The expected number of edited images, delivery method, and turnaround are agreed for the selected service. Editing style follows the Rayhaans Photography portfolio. Original unedited files are not normally included unless agreed in writing.
Privacy
Booking details are used to manage enquiries, appointments, payments, and service messages. Optional reference files are visible only through the private owner dashboard. Booking records may be retained for up to 24 months for customer service and business records, unless a longer period is required for payment, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.
